A lush tropical playground, St. James’s Club & Villas sits on a private 100-acre estate boasting breathtaking ocean views and two white sand beaches. All the delights of English Harbour, Nelson’s Dockyard and Shirley Heights are just a few minutes’ drive away.
A sociable club-like ambience prevails throughout, the visiting yachts contributing a dash of glamour. At its heart lie the guest rooms, restaurants and recreational opportunities of The Club, while The Village is an adjacent sanctuary of residential-style villas tumbling down a gentle hillside towards the bay.
By day there are two beaches, four swimming pools and a kid’s club, as well as a variety of on-site activities to keep all age groups entertained. After dark, there is a choice of four restaurants set either in the gardens, on the hillside or right down by the water’s edge; the cocktail bars and live music to take nightowls into the small hours.
Accommodation is offered in Club: with two double beds and garden view; Premium: spacious rooms with two doubles or a king-size bed, overlooking the sea and with a private balcony; Beachfront: the newest addition to St.James’s Club, these spacious guestrooms feature an airy floor plan and are all equipped with a private balcony or terrace, only steps to Coco’s Beach. All rooms feature either one King or two double beds; Suite: comfortable one-bedroom suite, with separate living room, beautiful bay view, king-size bed and air-conditioning; 2 Bedroom Villa: luxuriously appointed two-bedroom villa located in the Club’s Village area. Each features two separate bedrooms, each with a private bath with shower. Master has a king-size bed, full bath with tub, shower and bidet.
From the international buffets of The Rainbow Garden to the grilled specialities of The Docksider and Mediterranean cuisine of Piccolo Mondo, dining at St. James’s Club is all about choice. Our three main restaurants are located near the pool, by the water’s edge or on a panoramic hillside overlooking Mamora Bay, each delightful venue complemented by mouthwatering cuisine and attentive service.
THE RAINBOW GARDEN is The Club’s principal restaurant. It is set amidst the resort’s tropical gardens, its spacious dining room opening out onto a terrace overlooking the pool. From generous buffets showcasing fresh seafood to a la carte menus featuring prime steaks, guests can anticipate memorable evenings here, Mondays particularly popular for the live calypso music and international buffets. Open daily for breakfast and lunch, as well as on selected evenings for dinner. Some dishes may be subject to a supplement for all-inclusive guests.
THE DOCKSIDER is distinguished by its alfresco setting right on the edge of tranquil Mamora Bay. Traditionally only open after dark, it offers grilled favorites such as fish kebabs and sirloin steaks, with speciality dishes like freshly-caught lobster and prime beef tenderloin also on the menu. Open on selected evenings for dinner. Some dishes may be subject to a supplement for all-inclusive guests.
PICCOLO MONDO is the resort’s fine dining restaurant. Its sequestered hillside setting in The Village is enhanced by creative cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Deep-fried calamari, fresh lobster and grilled beef tenderloin can all feature here, the international specialities complemented by fine wines and choice desserts. Open on selected evenings for dinner. Please note all-inclusive guests pay a $35 surcharge per person to dine at Piccolo Mondo.
St. James’s Club guests can also enjoy the more informal dining experience of COCO’S restaurant overlooking the palm-fringed Atlantic shoreline. Coffees and teas are also available in the GARDEN PATIO.
