The Terrace Restaurant offers fine dining each evening with commanding views of St. Kitts and Nevis. St. Kitts and Nevis, like no other islands in the Caribbean, seem to embody a kind of lush tropical paradise. The atmosphere here is an intoxicating blend of sunlight, sea air and fantastically abundant vegetation. At the center of Nevis stands the spectacular, cloud-fringed Nevis Peak, a dormant volcano covered by dense tropical forest.

Montpelier's chefs offer classical cuisine with local and contemporary inspiration. The inn is renowned for its imaginative use of local produce. The Plantation farm yields avocados, mangoes, passion fruit, watermelon, oranges, lemons, limes as well as organically grown vegetables and herbs for the kitchen. Innovative classical cuisine is served on the terrace amid tropical plants and flowers, overlooking the lights of Charlestown and St. Kitts.
